- Formerly with the vocal octet TUX and an AWIT Awardee for "Best Jazz Vocal Recording" ( for his song "Limelight", included in his album "Paulo, Solo!" released in 1993 );
- Started out as a member of the UP Concert Chorus at the age of 15 way back in 1983;
- Joined musicals for Repertory Phils., Inc. such as Annie, The Visit, Sweeney Todd, and some Filipino musicals before finally joining the award-winning a capella group Tux on the same year;
- Specialized as a lounge singer in the late 80's and early to mid 90's ( did gigs at Music Museum, The Music Hall, Pulse Disco Lounge, Adlib Bar, Concourse Lounge, Roxbury's, among others );
- Shifted career from Entertainment to Corporate Communications. He became a nine-to-fiver and scaled the corporate ladder as First Manager in the Creative Writing, Scriptwriting, Audio and Visual Communications and Corporate Events Department of the country’s top pre-need company. During this time, he could only accept weekend gigs – yes, weddings! These gigs became quite regular such that people gave him the monicker “The Wedding Singer” long before Adam Chandler’s hit movie;
- Resigned in 2002 for a breath of fresh air and opted for a more relaxed schedule as a freelancer, doing creative and consultation work for some companies and organizations; was able to reactivate his singing and hosting profession this time;
>>> Currently busy as a singer, host , music producer and organizer of special events, fairs and exhibits. This comes as no surprise for this guy with solid experience in production, music and entertainment;
